    Concierge held our luggage after we disembarked from the nearby river cruise ship. Helped us with a map of the area and explained how to use trams and trains. Pick up was right in front of hotel and train station to airport was down the street. After a full day of touring the city and a wonderful trip to Kuenkenhoff, we ate dinner in their lovely restaurant with beautiful views. Room was top notch also with beautiful views. Staff was friendly and helpful.

    The staff were very accommodating upon arrival. We were only staying one night in Amsterdam and I asked for an upgrade/ We received a beautiful suite. Thank you!!!
