Service is phenomenal- every employee is trained well and they all will greet you with a smile and have a conversation with you but the staff can’t answer any question beyond catalog answer. Example - despite a low occupancy they didn’t complimentary upgrade us even though I am platinum elite and this hotel is “affiliated” with Marriott. Then when we asked if we could see the sunset from our room, all staff said yes but we could not:. Lastly everything is for sale and they even charge 2 euro for coffee in the room and there is no way to fill your own water bottle and you must pay for water… not sure we will go back
