Perfect price for the secure location!! Friendly staff. When the heard we had a sink issue we got a free breakfast.

Best Western as a brand has been usually a solid choice for my hotel stays. I don't understand how this particular hotel is allowed to carry the Best Western name honestly. It is low budget all around and watch out if you or you are travelling with a person with limited mobility. The hallways are uneven with surprise slopes and grades, the industrial walk through the parking lot past the smelly trash dumpsters, through a narrow entrance way to the left side block of rooms is most unappealing! The fit and finish such as the bathroom door that wouldn't close, the bathroom light switch that was amateur in it's installation and the running toilet that wouldn't quit followed by the onsite restaurant that has some snarky staff and breakfast was NOT free. What a joke. The price was outrageous for the poor quality. The only plus was the cleaning staff who were friendly and trying hard. The room was clean even though it was an outdated dump overall. The location and views look great on the website but the hotel is on a busy concrete industrial strip. Not one appealing thing about it.
