For the price, and the early check-in offered, it was worth the price for the room itself. It was old and outdated, with the worst pillows I've ever used. They were falling apart, and very uncomfortable. There was no ice available except for 3 floors below us. The housekeeping staff were very helpful tho I stayed there years ago and it almost seems the hotel has bee forgotten.

The hotel is outdated, smells of stale smoke, and is generally unkept. The room had a chair with residue on the seat cushion, a soiled/unsuable clothes iron, I found two towels with dark stain marks on them, the mirrors had streaks, picture frames undusted, and the rolls of toilet paper and box of tissues were both almost empty/used. Not to mention the 'city view' was actually a view of the industrial area. I couldn't see the lights of Reno from my window.

I was on the 15th floor it was like I was on the 1st floor and windows open I could hear the freeway so loud and clear
