Smoke free premises. 58 units. 1-2 stories (no elevator), interior/exterior corridors.

Surprised at check-out to be charged $25 per day in "Resort Fees". This was not disclosed in the reservation. The hotel has no resort, pool, or guest ammenities. Clearly, this is a deceptive JUNK FEE!

Great spacious room. Close to the historical downtown Santa Fe.
This facility had old school charm, but the rooms were very small. The breakfasts they serve up were the best among all the places we stayed at on our trip. The location also very conveniently located near the downtown plaza and parking is included on site.
