We were overwhelmed with the level of service. From the time we arrived there was a distinct difference in the level of service on display. Our experience from valet to house keeping was above and beyond what we have seen. Not only was it refreshing it was appreciated. The Omni is our destination home away from home. We arrived as guest and departed as fans. Thank you.
Customer service was great. We stayed on the top floor. The view was amazing! We were there to see Ateez at the State Farm Arena, so the location was perfect. All in all great stay.
