When asked for directions to Monticello, the staff could not help. Unbelievable, since this is a very popular area attraction. Most disturbing was the black mold found in the bathroom. When brought to the front desk's attention, our charges were adjusted. The front lobby is currently undergoing renovation which is very loud. Inquire about the status of the renovations before making a reservation.

Location, convenience to downtown mall, atmosphere, room accommodation, and the people (front desk, servers at The Pointe, and housekeepers) make this hotel a great place to stay.
