Great rooms, location and staff. You could walk to anything you might need. Friendly staff to direct you and answer questions. Room and view were great! However, only 1 elevator working most of the weekend. We saw the fire department rescuing people once and we're told it was the 2nd time that day. Also, each time we left at night our key wouldn't work. So back to the front desk. Really overall great experience, but for $400 per night, we shouldn't have to wait 10-20 minutes for an elevator 7/or keep going to the front desk for a key daily.
