We had a clogged shower/ tub drain issue causing some flooding & I could not shower. So had to use the shower at the gym & they didn’t comp us anything!!
This is a real nice place to stay while you are passing through Redding
CONS: The hotel was VERY VERY LOUD! I heard stomping above me all night long as well as people running up and down halls until unreasonable hours of the night. The walls are so thin I could hear conversations in the room next door. Definitely terrible in terms of sound proofing. Also, our window on the second floor had a broken lock (would not lock) and the door plate was broken; the door to our room had previously been kicked in and not repaired properly. PROS: Breakfast was good and the staff were very friendly.
