Non-healthy breakfast food selections, no alternative milks, cheap pre-packaged cereal selections. Lack of elevators in a weirdly laid out floor plan. Even makes use of luggage carts useless. Staff was not friendly or engaged. Room was comfortable and clean.
Hotel was ok, not stellar. Why are hotel pillows so uncomfortable? No free water (hot outside). Bathroom fan didn't work and we didn't receive any housekeeping the whole time (3 nights) even after placing the card on the door. Breakfast wasn't great except for the watermelon and biscuits. Coffee needs to be stronger. Lots of need for improvement for sure. Doubt if I will stay there again. Not worth the money.
Pretty solid stay, good breakfast, lots of choice from waffles to eggs to lighter fare. Our room was clean enough but needs an update, really. It didn't smell very fresh and everything seemed dated. The staff was super with recommendations for local places to eat and visit. Good hot tub, OK gym. A good value for the money.
A great location, with a great view of the lake. Staff were helpful and courteous. Breakfast was great. However, the bathroom was not as clean as we would have liked.
