Chose to stay at this hotel because of the positive reviews and fair price...I was really disappointed with my experience. The first thing greeting me when I opened the hotel door were roaches scurrying about and things just went downhill from there. Based on the reviews, I'm hoping I just had an abnormal experience but I would definitely recommend spending the extra $50 to stay at a nicer hotel in the area.

I had asked for the top floor and they first gave us the third floor..so they gave us another room on the fourth floor and it smelled funny and the air cond. vents were on the desk filthy..called the front desk and waited for them to bring another key for yet another room… (we had a full day of travel and were exhausted and were lugging our suitcases all over the place!) The shower was awful, having absolutely no water pressure and sometimes not enough hot water for both of us to take back to back showers…a shower took forever because of this! I think due to new management, the place was understaffed, and we had to restock our room ourselves until the fifth day of our stay when finally someone came in our room to refresh it…(literally carried coffee supplies, toilet paper, towels, Kleenex, etc from the lobby area ourselves) they couldn’t even offer to bring it up for us) we stayed for seven nights…one of the days the first floor button on the elevator broke and we had to wait every time we left for it to go down a floor by itself…this stayed broke the rest of our week (granted it was Christmas week) At least the bed was comfortable and our room was quiet for the most part…
