Located at the Cherry Grove Pier, the resort is comprised of two separate high-rise buildings, one on the beach and the other across the street. The latter structure encompasses guest units as well as the resorts parking garage, an exercise facility and a 9th-floor outdoor patio boasting swimming pools and ocean views. Condos range from one- to three-bedroom units, each with a pull-out sofa and floor-to ceiling windows in the living room. Each bedroom offers a private bathroom, with a garden tub in the master bathroom. All condos have their own washer-dryer, too. Smoke free premises. 230 condominiums, some two and three bedrooms. 18 stories, exterior corridors.
