Many rooms offer small balconies with great views of Lake Huron. Some shared amenities including an exercise room, are available for guest use at the nearby Clarion Hotel. Smoke free premises. 74 units, some two bedrooms. 1-4 stories (no elevator), exterior corridors.

We stayed in the front building which seemed to be the older units. In need of renovation. Bed was comfortable but the side of the mattress had been torn! Carpet had a stain that stood out. Did not want to walk with out shoes/slippers on it. Toilet and shower rod was loose. Just your basic older:cheaper motel. Check in and out was good.

Door did not shut and sliding door to balcony would not open. 2nd room the sliding door screen was ripped the sink and tub would not drain. The lobby staff was rude.
