Wonderful except The bathtub tub wall had the appearance of black mold along the entire horizontal seam, and the bottom side of all the metal grab bars, handicap seat, bracket, spigot, and drain. Because I have a reduced immune system that mattered to me more than the average person. Also the tub itself and tub wall were not slippery when you touch them so it made me feel that there might be soap scum. I asked the cleaning staff for tub cleaning product and a brush. They were gracious and gave me calcium, rust, lime remover and a toothbrush. That worked wonderfully. As it ran down the sides of the tub from the seam , it was cleaning soap scum off the interior of the tub making streaks so I knew I had to actually clean the whole interior tub to get rid of the streaks. I asked for a rag and received it. It worked out great. I was just so thankful because the staff was congenial and helpful. I did, however, notice in the empty room next to ours that their tub wall had the same appearance. so maybe the tub walls in general need a different cleaning procedure since their remodeling was accomplished. By the way, the man at the front desk was amazing to check my choice. Hotel rewards system for discounts or how to use my points. It was irrelevant because we already had a AAA discount. But he could not have been nicer to figure it out and try to educate me since I never actually deal with it. Thank you, Quality Inn for enhancing the quality of your inn!
