They said I did not have a reservation. When I clearly showed them my confirmation. They said my name was not with the C,C information so obviously they had to have something. Because they appeared not to care we decided not to stay. After we said we were leaving they then tried to help but we declined. It was a huge inconvenience. We finally had to go to another Quality Inn in Gastonia. Very nice staff and were accommodating. We will be visiting again soon but will not stay at the Quality Inn In Kings Mountain. In addition my wife contacted AAA via my email concerning this and as of this posting I have had no response. Disheartening for sure.
