Quality Inn And Suites

Not the best experience. We considered walking away from our room ( it was paid for) to try to find a cleaner and updated location. Facility is 20 years overdue for a remodel. It’s also nice to find folks in the hall getting stoned. Breakfast at the restaurant next door was fabulous. I’m surprised that AAA included this location in their recommendations.

me and my family went to visit presque, and more less stumbled upon this hotel, and I have to say our room was very nice, the hotel itself was not loud at all, there was a pool outside, that was warm, it was only 72 degrees when we were in the pool and there wasn't a chill at all, connected to the hotel was a diner, where your complimentary breakfast was served, upon my surprise, it was actually dine in service, you received a menu, and chose what you got for breakfast, I chose french toast, eggs, and bacon, very good, with the 5 of us, anywhere else that would have been an automatic 60$ at least, the only complaint I have is the customer service while checking in, guest services, very rude, understanding they were very busy, she still was not patient, but luckily through my stay that was my only encounter, with her, I dont know what she would have been like the feeling day, overall we enjoyed our stay

I reserved a non-smokong room. The room reeked with smoke, had several ash trays, and burn marks on the bed. Not sure about their billing system but my credit card had two pending charges for one night. They voided one charge after I pointed it out to them.

We have stayed at this hotel before, it's a nice hotel. Clean room, comfortable bed, check in was easy, free breakfast was good.
