Check-in is 3:00 but our room wasn't ready. I was told they were doing their best but were short staffed, to which I said then they shouldn't rent as many rooms. And then I was told that in the future, I should request early check-in so they'll put my room on the list to get ready first. You would think that the room would be ready at Check-in time and you shouldn't have to request "early" check-in! Others in my family had the same issue.

Room not ready on time. Shower area in need of repair, cracks in tub floor. Tub enclosure not very clean.

Full hotel. I ended up in a handicap room with a small sink and very, very little counter space which I needed to prepare for a wedding. Not worth the price they were charging.
