This is our second stay at this Quality Inn. The place is clean and friendly. Any of the staff we encountered were helpful and courteous.
Desk and breakfast staff dressed so sloppily I didn’t know they were the staff. Hair on the wall of the shower. Ice machine broken. Common areas dusty and windows dirty. Toilet stopped up and we were given the plunger to fix it ourselves. The positive, however, was although it was completely full, it was quiet.
