Staff were very pleasant and helpful. The King suite was small and not having a sink in the bathroom was unexpected. No elevator for guest on second floor. The continental breakfast was adequate, but a lot of people asked for hard boiled eggs. Decaf hot tea was not an option. I wish there would have been a business area with a computer/printer to use for flights. There was a washer and dryer for public use. Overall, it was a good experience the pool was nice but the "pool towels" inadequate. A number of the guest seemed to be construction workers or single night stays. Had a great time in Clare MI.
