Booked a non smoking room through AAA, when arrived was told we booked a smoking room. Showed the person at the front desk my booking that said "non smoking." They said all they could do was give us a room with one bed for 4 people. Tried contacting AAA and they were not able to help even after contacting the front desk. Quality Inn blamed it on booking through a 3rd party.
