I stayed here for a week while I was doing some business in Pueblo. I enjoyed being here. I went out for some meetings and dinners, and I spent a lot of time working on my computer in my room. On I-25, it only took a few minutes to drive to downtown. The staff was responsive and helpful. My only complaint is that they did not have a vinyl or plastic liner in the shower, only a thin, fabric curtain. I had a handicap-accessible shower, which was a tub with several grab bars and a transfer bench. Every time I took a shower, lots of water collected on the floor next to the tub. I use a transfer bench and home and, with my vinyl liner, I know how to keep water off the floor. It felt risky to step out of the shower into a pool of water. The person at the front desk told me that they had taken out the liners during Covid (3 years ago!) and that the replacements had not come in yet. She gave me additional bath mats and towels so I could mop up the water after I got out of the shower. She was helpful, but this solution was not acceptable to me.
