Our first room had a water leak from the ceiling. The coffee maker didn't work. Only decaf coffee when they did replace it. Didn't always clean room and supply fresh towels. It took all day to get a new room. That days plans were skipped. The shower had very little water pressure. The second room had no blow dryer or iron board. The breakfast stopped at 0900 and was not very good. There was a bit of a language barrier.
