The hotel was a little further from downtown Sarasota than I thought and dated but it was clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The hot breakfast was great We would definitely stay again.

$300 a night very steep pricing for run down room and facilities. $89. to $129 would be appropriate

The hotel was fair. There is t an elevator. I was told it’s only 2 floors, no elevator needed. But luggage is heavy. The planes weren’t a bother at all. The pool and marina area were nice area to hang out. There was a lot of smoking near the pool/tiki bar area, which seems unusual.
