Very pleasant stay. Facilities and rooms are well maintained. Staff is very pleasant and helpful. We especially appreciated the accommodations they have for people with mobility problems, including wheelchairs and grab bars in the bath/shower for safety. Also very convenient to the Orlando airport.

Great accommodation
Indicated I would be a late check-in and instead of the king bed room I was given a handicap room with two full size beds. In the morning there was not even lukewarm water for a shower. Very disappointing stay.

The hotel was nice and the employees were professional and welcoming. The room appeared fine at first; however, there were so many problems with it . . . such as the handicapped shower spewing water everywhere, the coffee maker was broken, and there were ants in the area of the coffee maker. The hotel has recently had some flooding issues and the hall on the second floor smelled pretty bad.
