Ramada Florence

It was the worst hotel stay I have ever had and I travel at least 30 days a year. I had booked 2 rooms. They could not even give us 2 rooms on the sme floor. Different florrs. Opposite ends of the building. The website said a buffet breakfast. It was not, I was a grab and go bag. We were told it would be available at 6 am. The building was locked. Finally got it from the front desk. The one room had no Wifi, no remote for the TV, no basket in the coffee maker and the refrigerator did not work. It also smelled of cigarette smoke although the facility was supposed to be non smoking. The second room had a strong cigarette odor from another room and the noise from the party next door, doors slamming and cars coming and going made sleep almost impossible.
