This hotel is a very old building that shows its age despite some cosmetic improvements. The plumbing was old and we constantly had to open up the tank on the toilet and adjust the float arm in order to get it to fill properly. Many of the rooms on the first floor had no windows, and our room was one of them. It was small, dark, had poor cellphone reception, and cramped -- hardly room to move with two open suitcases and two people. The better rooms were all filled and unavailable even though we had reserved months in advance and arrived mid-afternoon. The free breakfast buffet was of acceptable quality but there was no milk for the cereal and the orange juice had run out the morning we were there. We were glad we were staying there for just one night.

We did not like the room at all. It was an inside room, which faced the indoor swimming pool. We had no daylight. The indoor pool was freezing and the hot tub was out of order.

the first room overlooked the pool and the room smelled like chlorine. Breakfast wasn’t very good.
