This is a large property under construction. Entrance was through a back door, we passed buckets, old toilets, bathtubs, debris and torrn carpet, as if it was for the workers doing tear-down. The room had been mostly remodeled with a good appearance and clean. Our room door was in an enclosed courtyard with pool, so we had no outside windows. There were 4 or 5 cars in the back parking, so maybe just that many rooms sold? However on the front side of the building there was a man sitting outside of a room, with a barbeque grill beside him. Maybe a permanent guest, or sheltered individual? So few people, it was eerie. Maybe in time the remodeling will be completed and it will have a different atmosphere.
