This hotel’s stylish rooms offer comfortable bedding and large streaming TVs. The highlight of the property is the lovely pool area which has cabanas, plenty of additional seating and an outdoor bar. Both Town Center Mall and Boca Center are a short drive away. Smoke free premises. 189 units. 5 stories, interior corridors. Accessibility (Call).

In my opinion the hotel has a lot of improving to do. The entrance and the pool area is great and I cannot say anything bad about that. Also the staff is very friendly, however, my first room on the 3rd floor had an odor that came and went. It smelled more electrical or like something was burning. At some point there was tapping coming from the walls which sounded like mice. In the bathroom there appeared to be water damage on the wall and the wallpaper was peeling. I also found a stain the day I asked to switch rooms. Well the floor they moved me to was worse than the one before. The 4th floor, which was the floor they moved me to, had a HORRIBLE ordor to it. As soon as you came off the elevator the the AC unit in the wall very clearly was not installed well and you could see stains on the hallway walls as you walked down. The wallpaper was even peeling in the hallway too. It seems the hotel was an older hotel Marriott took over but it has a lot of water issues. I was beyond disappointed at the standard they kept the hotel in because it didn't seem like there was much care put into maintaning the hotel. There was more of a focus on covering up the issues and beautifying the hotel than actually fixing the problems. Again the staff was great but Marriott needs to do much better when it comes to investing in the quality of the rooms rather than beautifying the main areas everyone sees.
