Very nice hotel, room very comfortable, also kept very clean. Food was on the premises but we did not eat in the restaurant. Staff very friendly and helpful. Excellent location for using the subway, getting around town. Bell hops very helpful with directions & getting taxi’s etc.
This hotel is very close to the train station and Madison Square Garden. Despite being in the hustle and bustle, we found the room rather quiet. The decor is modern and the bed very comfy. The rooms are a bit small (as with all NYC rooms), but up-to-date, clean and well designed. The hotel has restaurants and an associated gym. It takes a while for the hot water to start. All the staff were friendly and very helpful. The hotel will hold your baggage after checkout if you have some time before travel departure. Recommended.
