Everything was excellent except for paying nearly $36/night for self parking and a $43/night “Resort Fee”. I have no idea what a resort fee is but it looks like other hotels in the same area don’t charge it. Great location if you’re going to Seaworld. We were in Orlando for a football game and probably should have stayed elsewhere.

Beautiful hotel. Always enjoy staying here. Spacious and clean rooms. Restaurants are delicious and staff is always very nice. Check in was the only complaint. A little slow. Would benefit from an online check in process.

This hotel was perfect for our family. It has great common areas, hotel rooms, and amazing staff. It has a well-stocked, affordable and convenient store with fair-priced and fresh prepared foods as well as beverages including beer and wine. This is refreshing for a hotel.
