Nice hotel in a great location for theatre and dining trip to Boston. Parking is attached to the hotel. My concern is that I did in room check out and have yet to receive an invoice for the stay. My credit card had a pending charge of double the expected cost and the accounting department did not respond to my phone call or email inquiry. The charge was fixed but I have yet to receive the invoice or a reason for the initial double charge. Booked through AAA and they are investigating.

Centrally located was a great short walk to Newbury, Boston Common, Downtown, Chinatown, even North End and T accessible. Staff was attentive and accommodating and quick to rectify any shortcomings. Would be great if they had mini-fridges but overall would stay again.
