Located near Duval Street and the historic seaport area, this reimagined property is a cluster of Bahamian-style houses dating from 1888. Room sizes vary, all including plush beds and mini fridges. Guests have access to all of the Kimpton pools and bars throughout the island, many offering music or other events. Smoke free premises. 23 units. 2-3 stories (no elevator), interior/exterior corridors.

Enjoyable place to stay. Reasonable within the context of the high prices of Key West. About 3 blocks from the heart of the Duval Street tourist section. Reasonably quiet except for some traffic noise. But thankfully no rooster noise. HVAC unit was quiet. Not much counter space in the bathroom. No rack for suitcase. Good TV with quite a few stations. Free breakfast. Limited items but adequate. No coffee maker in the room but it was available 24 hours at the kitchen. Everyone was very nice. If you are older like me, ask for a first floor room.
