The public space in the hotel was nice and the location was great because it was right in the city! However, the room was not ideal for several reasons: (1) the bed was lumpy, and rather than being an entire king/queen mattress, it was two twin/full mattresses placed next to each other; (2) the fridge was still dirty and smelled; and (3) the cable didn't work and there was no way of raising the volume on the TV even after I connected my phone. Despite raising these issues, the staff never addressed my request.
