Customer Service is Very Poor for the Rate ($270 a/night). The phone Automation for Customer service is BAD BAD BAD. Removing a Live Person to call service is very POOR. I could NOT call the front desk from the Room to request small service or attendance quality. For $270+ < && a/night your Automation Phone service is NOT Worth IT!!
