The check in was a smooth fast process. You can tell the hotel is older but it was clean. The room was nice however I had a problem with my air conditioning not cooling properly. I requested a maintenance man to come check it out which he did. I was told by JP at the front desk that the issue was fixed and it should be cooling properly however it was not. I just dealt with it at that point because I only had one more night. My overall experience was average because of this a/c issue.

The room decor was sad looking. It had carpet with avocado green in it. It wasn’t what I would expect from a “4” star hotel. It would also be nice if the pool would be open passed 8.
