The check in was a smooth fast process. You can tell the hotel is older but it was clean. The room was nice however I had a problem with my air conditioning not cooling properly. I requested a maintenance man to come check it out which he did. I was told by JP at the front desk that the issue was fixed and it should be cooling properly however it was not. I just dealt with it at that point because I only had one more night. My overall experience was average because of this a/c issue.
The room decor was sad looking. It had carpet with avocado green in it. It wasn’t what I would expect from a “4” star hotel. It would also be nice if the pool would be open passed 8.
pictures on their web site are much nicer than the actual hotel. The decor is very dated. Limited lunch options. Needs to be updated to compete with the local competition. We left after one night and went down the street.
