The facade of the hotel looks dated but the room has a modern feel. There were 2 smart tv’s in the room, I logged into my Prime Video account and it reminded me to log out before checking out. The room was spacious and had a very nice view of the city skyline. The staff was helpful except for one young man who didn’t respond to my question about the lobby kiosk neither in English nor Spanish.

Our room was very spacious. The restaurant was great for breakfast. One stop on the bus and you are at Times Square.

Because they were excellent everybody from booking the room to servicing the rooms to dining, helping us get fares to the bus to the cabs everything
The hotel was at a convenient location across from NYC and nearby Newark airport with easy access to the bus route.
