Located on the main thoroughfare at the edge of the French Quarter, the hotel has well-appointed rooms with floor-to-ceiling windows displaying panoramic views of the city and the river. Club-level guests have access to a plush lounge that offers complimentary beverages and snacks. Our hotel stay was ruined by bad management. Unfortunately we experienced a bad lock/bad key/bad door. There was little to no assistance or hospitality offered to us during our stay. We were not treated kindly at all by management. I will be sharing this awful experience with every social media site. I believe manager Kissy Womack Sheraton on canal has classism.
Our room was only cleaned once during our 4 night stay. It was very difficult to find a cup of coffee.

Little disappointed that there was no fridge in the room, first time I have ever saw that. Also, the South is big on Free Breakfast, they do not even offer free coffee in the lobby, you have to pay for it.

Nice staff but carpets had an odor, the phone in the room was inoperable and there was no comforters on the bed
