The hotel promised that they would provide a crib for our infant (in advance of making the reservation) and then didn’t have enough the night we stayed. We even double checked the morning of,. We were left with an infant and nowhere for him to sleep. The staff told us there were no rooms available with two beds until we tried to reach a manager and then one became available (after about 90 mins of arguing). They kept suggesting we all sleep in the one bed together.

The stay was located in a great area full of restaurants and shopping. The hotel was very clean and had enough space for me and my husband. My stay was very comfortable.

Good location for Tribeca/SoHo area and nicer amenities as compared to some of the other hotels in the area.
