This was my 2nd stay within 3 wks. Loved the room, remote in this room didn't work either. I told them at check out, the clerk seemed surprised, except I told them the same thing 3 wks earlier when checking out that time. And told him again I had read this in the previous reviews. All else was great!

I am happy with my stay, in fact I'm going back for a second stay. The only thing I wasn't happy with, the TV remote didn't work.

Steph has got to be the best manager ever. She was welcoming and accommodating. And it's clear she cares about the staff.
This is an economy hotel located in a great place near shopping and restaurants - perfect if you are traveling. We enjoyed the breakfast - it had a large and delicious selection.
