My credit card was used fraudulently after I gave it to the hotel for incidentals. Of course that does not make me happy. I was never informed by AAA that my booking was done by Priceline and that I have to deal with them to get a receipt. More transparency would be good. Any acknowledgment that you have received this review and/or acted on it in some way would be appreciated. Thanks for the nice room and breakfast.
