I was very disappointed about the sink drain being jammed and it took two days for someone in maintenance to fix it. The front desk individual who checked me in was sitting on the luggage cart outside the front door smoking a cigarette at 12:30 am upon my arrival. I asked the front desk clerk if he had a rubber band and without speaking, he gave me a cold stare and shook his head as a no response. Then he had the nerve to ask me where I booked this reservation, Expedia, etc. That invaded my privacy. I won't be staying here again. This hotel had your chance and they blew it.
