Absolutely horrible! had a reservation for 3c adults, 1 room and 2 double beds. Even had an email confirmation and when i tried to check in online and was unable to complete the process, upon calling i was tol;d my reservation was for a King suite which was NOT OK....was told i would get a call back which i did Not. Ultimately I was still charged for a room that i never agreed to and never actually stepped foot into. Still waiting to hear back about a refund for something i never checked in for or agreed to.
