There was a 20 minute or so wait for a room to become available. Front desk attendant Chevon was very helpful and friendly all 3 days of my stay. Room was clean but bed was slightly lumpy.

The location is great, lots of good places to eat nearby and open shopping mall. Jessica, the lady at the front desk, is absolutely amazing. Her attention to detail and desire to make sure your room is just right is awesome. We stayed a few days with a college swim team. She remembered to ask how our son did in his events. She is personable and professional. And Springhill is blessed to have her! Even though our first and second rooms had issues, she did what she needed to get us in a perfect room. The only super minor issue we had was breakfast. It is a hot breakfast and for powdered eggs, they are actually pretty good. I wish the pastries were a little better. The first day the scones were mostly raw (wrapped in cellophane). But overall not a terrible breakfast. I think post-COVID, hotels are having difficulty rebounding and things like breakfast have suffered a bit.
