Rooms on the Main Street side of the building, with streetcars rumbling by, are not for light sleepers. Some rooms are located in the historic Kress building. The rooms are spacious with modern decor. Smoke free premises. 147 units. 7 stories, interior corridors. Accessibility (Call).

Stay was nice, quiet for most of the stay. Close to downtown and tourist areas. Parking should be included in pricing. Valet services were good about $30a day. Would stay here again.

Nothing good to mention. Room temperature increase during night.
This hotel needs upgrading, especially the bathroom. It wasn't clean or just so old it would never look clean and Towel bars coming off the wall. AAA 3 diamond rating for this hotel is too generous, 2 at best. Been in about 7 different hotels in the last six months. All but one were about the same shape, In need of remodeling. Seems to be common with hotels these days, they won't spend a dime. The location was very good and the staff was really great. Still a nice trip.
