Tucked on a quiet side street in Old Montréal; and, is ideally situated to explore the local sites. All rooms have a pull-out sofa, large desk and wet bar with mini-fridge and microwave oven. Some rooms feature a balcony. Complimentary hot breakfast is served on the elegant mezzanine level. A restaurant that occupies the oldest standing inn in North America is attached to the hotel via the lobby. Smoke free premises. 124 units. 8 stories, interior corridors. Accessibility (Call).

The bed sheets were too small. The bed was not properly made and the sheets didn't fit properly. We had to wait half an hour for someone to come and replace them. They were replaced with similar size sheets but that person did a better job of fitting them. But they kept falling off during our stay. We didn't bother calling again. The fan malfunctioned. It kept running at the same speed no matter what it was set at. There was an odor in the pool No towels in the pool area Toiletries were not refilled Glasses in the bathroom were not replaced with clean ones Coffee mugs were not replaced with clean mugs The shower stall was not as clean as could be expected We ran out of toilet paper The pool was inoperable during one day of our stay. No notice was given

Clean, reasonably comfortable room. Buffet breakfasts were hot, tasty and varied. However, there weren't any Gluten Free options. We reported an issue with the air conditioning unit--it was very noisy and did little to cool the room. No word if it was resolved. We should have requested a change of room, I guess. Staff was incredibly patient, courteous and friendly.
Great, walkable location, professional and friendly staff, easy parking in the hotel with direct access by elevator. Elegant restaurant for evening dining. The BEST "breakfast included" we had during our 3 week trip with stays in 9 different hotels.
