Customer service was world class. Mamie, front desk agent, was compassionate as well as their house keeping staff. We had a small housekeeping issue and when I brought it to Mamie and her housekeeping staff's attention, they took care of it as if they were in our shoes. Also, it was handled promptly. Not just customer service but overall the place was in good condition, and clean.
