Hotel full of bugs, employees just said it was seasonal. Should have notified us before checking that was bugs infested. Manager was suppose to see about discounting room but never called us back. Bugs were on walls, windows, and floors. Said hotel was full so could not move us.

Our room was really nice, bed was comfortable, hotel was centrally located, not much of view but you could look out and see ferris wheel in the distance. The staff was nice that greeted us when we arrived early and was in proper uniform. When we checked I'm the young man was not in any clothing marked by the hotel name. It was the same for the kitchen staff at the breakfast in the mornings they did not have any uniforms or matching attire to let you know that they were hotel employees. Our room had a little bit of a musky odor but not harsh. Again everyone pleasant and friendly and accommodating. I would stay again.

The service was good and the room was clean, so overall everything was fine the breakfast was good filled us up and everything was smooth sailing thank you 😊 for everything 😊
