First, the air conditioner was leaking water and the carpet was soaked from the end of my daughter's bed to the desk. They told us that they couldn't fix it until we checked out and to put towels down to soak it up instead of offering to move us to a dry room. Second, when bringing our things in, my daughter dropped a loaf of bread in one of the hallways. When checking into it, it was found in housekeeping lost and found with half the loaf gone. They gave us 10% discount, which included the bread, but a week later and we still have to wait up to 5 days for it to return to our account. Stay was nice, except the room and staff!!
