Furnishings were very dated. Exterior door did not seal tight letting in light and air. Exposed/dangling wiring on inside of exterior door key system. Bathroom door could not be closed completely. Toilet seat was loose/broken. Vinyl floor in bathroom was cracked and missing in spots. Exposed wiring from a missing ceiling light fixture. One light fixture did not work.
