Walked into our room and right back out. Room was filthy. There was a pair of socks on the clothes rack. Went to the desk to get a refund and they didn’t seem to care. The desk staff didn’t know how to do a refund and had to wait for the manager to come in. Very incompetent.
was not as clean as I expected. One shower was not working, had a small drizzle instead of a steady spray . Second night the noise level above 207 had items dragging across the floor for abou 11/2 hours . .
